The Encyclopedia Basilika

As you would expect with any community that has been running as long as The Basilisk Cafe, there are a considerable number of local in-jokes, unique turns of phrase and unusual terms and expressions.  It's almost like the site has it's own local dialect, which can sometimes be a little confusing for a newcomer - or, for that matter, those of us that have been there to see many of the jokes formed.  So, to give everyone a helping hand, we have created a small resource to help - the Encyclopedia Basilika.  

In this three-page guide to the inner mindset of the Cafe, you can learn the story behind the majority of these jokes, from how to distinguish your Mot from your MARVOLO, to finding out just what was the secret behind The Executive's Code.  All the definitions are organised in alphabetical order, just as in any other dictionary.  (And, just like any other dictionary, make sure you drop words like 'The' and 'A' when you're looking...)
