Golden Basilisk Awards - Nominate

To nominate your site for the Golden Basilisks, make sure you have read and understand the rules, and then fill in the details below.  First of all, you'll need to enter your name (a screen name will do) and email address, and the name and address of your site.  'Award Button' should be a link to the page where you've posted the button linking to the awards site, and 'Your Button' should be a link a button we can add to the Nominees page.  We'll send out an email to all nominees when the voting begins, and another when the winners are announced.

Once all those details are entered, check the Categories page to decide which categories you want your site to be nominated to.  There is no limit to how many you can be entered into, but you cannot be entered in them all - for example, your site could only be entered as a Domain or a Subdomain.
